my dvd is not working

heyy will you please tell me how i get my data from my dvd...because wen i write my dvd on PC it reads and shown autoplay but it doesnt open the dvd...so please will you help me...its very importamt data for me...so please tell how i get...it??

Try it in another computer, check to make sure it's not dirty or scratched.
