my Edimax EW-7833UAC AC1750 keeps kicking me off

I recently just bought an Edimax EW-7833UAC well a replacement and the adapter keeps kicking my off the 5g extended network. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers and it still keeps doing it it works for the non extended 5g as well as both the non extended 2.5ghz connection and the extended one but not for 5g, this is driving me crazy i came here in hopes someone can help

Could be a range issue - - - 5GHz has a shorter range than 2.4GHz - - - this would make the 5GHz signal weaker and therefore more susceptible to dropouts on the fringes of it's effective range.

If powerline adaptors are feasible in your situation, use those instead.

but i am able to connect to the 5g network just not the extended 5g network
