My emachines eli360g powers on I enter passcode it loads but I only see my cursor but I have a black screen what can I do?

My emachines desktop goes black when I turn it on after it enter pass code it says welcome but the screen turns black and I can move my cursor what can I do?

login through safe mode and create a new user with admin privilages and try logging through new user
