Question My External Drive is showing inside the Disk Manager but it not showing inside This PC

I have a Seagate external hard-disk, and it use to work well, but today when i plugit to my Windows 10 PC >> i can hear the connected ring >> and the external hard desk will light >> but i can not find it inside the This PC. but when i opeen the device manager i can see it and it mentioned that it is working well , as follow:-
