Question My fan lights aren't working properly?

So I was playing a game on my computer when it suddenly restarted the system, and I noticed the fan lights stopped working since then, but after a few minutes the fan lights turn back on to the red setting which is my most frequent setting. and if I switch the light settings using the button to a different setting, it will default back to red after a while. I looked around the internet for solutions but they were all from power outages, new hardware, etc., which did not help my case. Can anyone help me fix this problem? I have an MSI motherboard, hope that helps.

Specs are 12th gen Intel Core i7-12700F, 2x16 GB Gammix D10 DDR4 RAM, ADATA SU720 1 TB SSD, WDC WD20EZBX-00AYRA0 2 TB HDD, and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 12 GB. This computer is prebuilt and I've never touched it except for when I took the graphics card out and memory modules out to adjust its clock speed since it was running at a lower speed than before. Other than that, the fan lights were working for a year until they suddenly stopped working as intended, so I don't think the fan connections are the issue but I could be wrong. I also have MSI Center which does allow me to control the LED on the fans but I haven't been able to figure out just how since everything I tried to do relating to the fan lights just didn't affect the LED color in any way so I haven't touched that in a while.

So I accidentally hit my computer's power button which shut down my computer. When I turned it back on, two of the three fan lights are showing a purple and pink mix (which I have to admit looks cool) but I can no longer change the color.

Update: I found out that if I turn my computer on and off in rapid succession a couple times, my fan lights either take a random color, or no color. Either way, they can't be changed until they switch back to red. As for the case, I still don't know what it is and I still don't know how the fan lights are connected.

I also can't believe I left out a very important detail, the brand of the case, probably the fans too is MSI. Can anyone help me? It's been months since I last heard anything.
