my fifa 13 is not launching??

my system satisfy more than minimum requirements. i have 4 GB ram, 1GB raedeon 3000 hd graphics card.i have reinstalled it many times still the same problem.Please sir help me.

You do not list what processor you have and your graphics card does not meet the minimum system requirements. HD3000 onboard is much worse than any of the listed minimum system requirements for graphics.

It's wrong.

You have the Intel HD 3000 integrated chip set
The system requirements that I've found state either Radeon HD 2900 or Geforce 8800GT.
If you look on Tom's Hardware - GPU Hierarchy Chart, you'll find the Intel HD 3000 integrated graphics is far below either of the other two.
