First off, Micro does matter, since that is the form factor of your case, motherboard, and PSU.
This is what I would do. I know it's a little overbudget, but you double your RAM and you also forgot your PSU in that build. I didn't include an upgraded heat sink for now, since that is an easy part to pick up later on. Hope this was helpful to you :)

What if i substituted a Powercolor radeon hd 7870? That will still fit my mobo right? Thank you for the answer it has really helped me! Plus the motherboard you posted only has PCI express 2.0 slots. Most graphics cards use PCI 3.0. isn't that a problem?

The HD 7870 should still fit. PCI 3.0 still works with PCI 2.0, but PCI 3.0 slots have a faster data transfer rate. There shouldn't be a big difference.

There will be ZERO difference. Even a gtx780ti cannot use a 3.0 lane effectively. There is NO difference between 2.0 and 3.0 with modern GPUs at all.
