This bulid is for gaming but not extreme gaming. Also for general college use haha. Yeah im in the US but im in a backwoods city with only a bestbuy and a radioshack. I want to stick as close to 1k as possible. Ive got an OS, windows 7 pro. I have a 22 inch 1080p tv im going to use with it. HDMI connection

This would be my pick. Well rounded and has an SSD. Power supply is also excellent.

If you want to overclock I can always switch things around.

Technically yes, but a Z87 motherboard is a waste on a locked CPU and the PSU isn't very reputable.
