ram : 8gb G.skill Aegis 1 stick ( maybe ill update to 16gb later)
hdd : 1tb seagate
psu : super flower 450W 80+ bronze (is this good psu ? i read sf make good psu but i dont really know it ,450w is enough to power this system ?)

Solution
450W PSU is enough for your system. Super Flower is good, though i personally prefer Seasonic.

Your HDD isn't the best one. Out of 4 big HDD makers: Seagate, Western Digital, Toshiba and HGST (Hitachi); Seagate drives have the highest failure rate. For most reliable one, go with HGST drive. If you're on budget, a common WD Caviar Blue 1TB (WD10EZEX) will do just fine.

For RAM, always use 2 sticks to run it in dual channel. 2 sticks in dual channel is much faster than 1 stick in single channel.
