Was thinking something on the lines of this for my first build

Using it for Gaming(never really pc gamed b4) want too be able to play stuff like GTA5, & UT4 when it comes out but mostly likely be play older cheaper title really thou. Want good fps (at least over 30fps, 60fps sounds ideal) don't need max specs but high would be nice), little bit of video/photo editing, Animation, CAD ,backing up data, movie watching and music listening, & general computing stuff, basically a bit of everything
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here is the build list all in NZD (nzd to usd = 0.83)

SDD: SSDSC2BW120A401 Intel 120GB 530 Series (OS Drive) $149.94
HDD: WD Black 2TB(WD2003FZEX) (Programs Drive) $205.77
HDD: WD Black 3TB (WD3003FZEX) (Music & someDATA) $275.94
ODD: DRW-24D3ST ASUS DVD $49.09

CPU: Intel i5 4670 Haswell $293.25
GPU: SAPPHIRE TOXIC R9 280X 3GB GDDR5 $509.87
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance Pro Series 8GB (2x4Gb) DDR3 DRAM 1600MHz 9-9-9-24 $159
M/B: Asus Z87-A $278.84
Case: RC-922XM-KKN2 Coolermaster HAF XM $241.01
PSU: Seasonic Platinum-760 (SS-760XP2 Active PFC F3) $340

2 SATA III Cables $5.18x2= $10.36
Generic (FC-5032) 50-60cm Serial ATA Data Cable for SATA-2 or SATA-3 Hard Drive, Red or Black.

=$2527.87NZD = $2108.24 US Dollar
------------------------------------------------------------------------
I/O already got
Monitors: Duel ASUS VS239=23"ISP TrueColor . (use one with DVI-D & other HDMI I guess)
might get 40" screen for film & some gaming in a year or two
Keyboard: Logitech G110
Mouse: Logitech G500
Headset: Logitech G35
Sound System: probably just use the free gift Logitech cheap 2.1 one for now, might update in a year or two
------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Thinking of maybe getting 16GB ram as I'm always end up with a thousand apps open lol
-Thinking of getting Asus Z87-Deluxe as need wireless for internet
Pros
+wireless
+better audio <- Is it that much better
+bios flash back <-one thing I'm disappointed the -A not having, how often do bios die?
+16 phase <-what actual benefits will this give me
Cons
-nearly double the price at $499NZD
-Has 2 less intel usb 3.0 (people say they get poor speeds from the AsMedia USBs) & one of the reasons I'm building this is for usb 3.0 to back up external drives faster :(

Alternative wireless solution was
Belkin Dual-Band Wireless Range Extender
http://www.belkin.com/au/F9K1106/p/P-F9K1106/?georedirect=1
that way can use wireless for another computer later if i wish, & able to use it as a switch also Lifetime Warranty compared to the MB which is 3years
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Don't thinking I'm planing of OC CPU, maybe boost up ram a little, & i'll probably leave GPU stock boost oc. Is it worth OC stuff??
hopping this pc to last last for 5 years or so b4 updating

Is it worth waiting till Intel's new cpu Broadwell? &or nivida new GPUs? how long will it be before I would be able to get this of the shelf with optimized components for Broadwell?

thoughts kind people?

changes made:
i5 4670k is better than 4670, its overclock ready
no need to use WD black version of HDD if you are only using it for storage and have an ssd as your boot drive. seagate drives are better
if you are not planning to overclock you GPU then toxic edition of 280x makes no sense, a vapour-x one is good enough
seasonic platinum rated PSU are costly. Seasonic M12 will give you the same performance at lower price
included 16 GB of RAM instead of 8gigs
if you want wireless on your motherboard then you can try this. but it will only add to your cost:

Motherboard: Asus Z87-PRO ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($354.00 @ Paradigm PCs)
