I used pc part builder to ensure everything is compatible, and this is what I got with a $850 price point

AMD fx-4130 3.8 GHz quad core

Corsair h55 57.0 cfm liquid CPU cooler

MSI 970 gaming Atx am3+ motherboard

Crucial ballistix sport 8gb (1x8) DDR3 1600

Kingston ssdnow v300 series 120 gb ssd

Seagate barracuda 1TB 7200 RPM hard drive

MSI geforce 960 4gb video card

Corsair builder 500w 80+ bronze atx power supply

A bluray player and windows 7

All tucked in a corsair 200R atx mid tower case

I plan on adding a new video card and another 8gb ram stick in the future

Any tips on how to improve it and what can play on it as is?

Solution
This has a better CPU, PSU. I left out a SSD because the base total is $843 with $800 after rebate, you could fit a SSD in there and the build would be $850 after rebate.

Solution
Sorry I accidentally down voted it but I like the build, after looking around I realized my question wasn't worded the best, I also plan on doing some ableton on it, would that change our suggestion in any way?

And I'm not planning on overclocking

So I'm gonna have bit of extra money for my build and I'll be close to a Microcenter next weekend, and so I was looking on their site, and currently they have a bundle with I5 4690k and a MSI z97 gaming 5 for $315,

Would this be a good upgrade to my build? Not planning on overclocking til I have better cooling if I even decide I need to overclock. Would anything else in the build change?

Already got the graphics card, ram, case and a 240gb ssd while they were onsale by the way, so I can't really change them
