This is my first build and i wanted to check if it is ok.

Seems like a very solid build, but i'd change the motherboard, it's too expensive for what it offers.

Don't get that cpu cooler. Get one that pushes air towards back of case instead of front.

I'd take a cheaper motherboard but put the money saved into a 980Ti. The 980 is odd, it's only about 10-15% more powerful than the 970 for a lot of extra cost. The 980Ti is a bit more but performs inline with sli 970's and an extra 2 fb VRAM. The 980 has low price/performance
