CPU - If you can stretch the budget $25, then look toward the i5-6500
MB - Look toward the B150 chipset with four memory slots. Leave an upgrade option open..
MEM - Same specs on the Crucial modules below for less cost.
SSD - 120GB is pretty small and will fill up quickly.
GPU - Stick with the integrated HD 530 for now and add a GPU down the road when you can. The GTX 1060 would be a good match, or maybe the RX 460 / RX 470.
CASE - On a budget, I like the Deepcool lineup. The one below comes with two fans
