Total:$680

Anyone has any suggestions or changes? This is my first build and i would be building a computer for the first time. My budget is $800 on this. I already have a Sapphire Radeon HD 6790 graphics card.

Don't get the old Corsair 650TX as there is a newer better version available now:
Corsair 650TXV2 80Plus Bronze $105 ($15 rebate)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139020

This is based on the same design as the 650TXV2:
XFX Pro 650W Core Edition 80Plus Bronze $90 ($20 rebate, $6 shipping)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207014
It is better in a functional sense because it has four PCIe connectors, so you could crossfire without having to use adapters.

Antec High Current Gamer HCG-620 80Plus Bronze $90 ($6 shipping)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371048
This is also better than the original 650TX for virtually the same price.

Unless you are doing a lot of multitasking or other tasks that really use lots of RAM then I don't really see the need to get more than 4GB.

The parts look good so far.

1) What will you use for a graphics card? Your 650w psu can power one as strong as a GTX580.
If your purpose is gaming, the graphics card is the most important component. Buy the best one you feel comfortable paying for.

2) Ram is cheap, Get a 8gb (2 x 4gb) kit. Here is some added justification:

3) If you will OC the 2500K, (and that's why you got a "K") you really should include an aftermarket cooler.
It need not be expensive, look for a Xigmatek gaia or cm hyper 212 for $30 or so.

4) If you are a student with a .edu email, look for windows 7 academic license for about $30.

5) See if you can't stretch your budget to get a 60-80gb SSD for the os and apps. It will cost $1.5 to $2 per gb. Look to Intel for best reliability.

6) As a first time builder, take the time now to download and read, cover to cover, the case and motherboard manuals.

Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it. I'm mostly going to do free online gaming like games on gpotato or nexus, so I think the graphics card I bought is going to do just fine (I did say I THINK lol..). If someone should suggest I get a better graphics card, then I can still return the one I got and buy another one (I recently bought my Sapphire Radeon HD 6790.) I will get the ram geofelt suggested though (thanks bud). I'll also get an SSD instead of an HDD (they come in terabytes I'm sure..). Anyone want to give me more suggestion for my build with the added parts I'm going to get or suggest a different entire build or should I be okay?
