Build Advice My first DIY build

This is my new first hands-on build that I am thinking about. The question is whether an 850w PSU is good for this set-up ? All the online calculators that I've tried have given me very different power demands ranging from 550 to 1050w.

Please do criticize my built in general - any advice highly appreciative. Nothing is set in stone yet, especially regarding the MOBO.

If I may.
I am checking the available MOBOs, specifically
X670 AORUS ELITE AX /
TUF GAMING X670E-PLUS WIFI

Specsheet mentions that it has
GIGABYTE: "M.2 Thermal Guard" /
ASUS : - M.2 heatsink - VRM heatsink design

Would that be sufficient to cool the sdd or would you still recommend a heatsink? Thank you
Either way having a cooling component is beneficial. If you have a motherboard default unit, you can go for a normal NVME without heatsink as there might be clearance issue with a embedded heatsink.
