Question DOTA 2 AND CS2 STUTTERING

Hi! can you guys help me. my dota 2 and cs2 had a lot of stuttering this past few weeks. i troubleshoot using DDU and clean install for my graphics card. and still stuttering a lot of times. can anyone help me for this matter? on my gtx 1650 nad core i3 10th before i never experience this kind of stuttering

my rig now is

intel core i5 10400f
rtx 3060 gigabyte 12gb
psu corsair 650x
32g hyperx fury beast
mobo b460 tomahawk

250+ sir. ultra high all settings gsync on

You could run the game and open task manager at the same time to watch for cpu/gpu/ram overload spikes when it's stuttering. Also look at any processes chewing loads of resources when it happens.
