Yes it'll work, and play pretty much all games on high settings i would say. but what i would do since you cant overclock that CPU anyways just use the the stock cooler it will handle cooling it just fine, and then you could spend that money on a better graphics card.

what about the PSU..can a 500 watts PSU can handle this specialy on full load.
