Hey guys, I just finished building my first pc and it’s not working. I have it plugged in to power, connected to my monitor, which is also connected to power, but when I press the power button only the LEDs light up. The PC itself isn’t running and the monitor says “no signal”. Please I need help ASAP.

The dp cable should be plugged into the gpu not the motherboard. If it is is already done, please try just 1 stick of RAM.
And yes reseating the cpu can only be done by removing the cooler
Is the corsair Cv 450 W ATX power supply compatible with the MSI radeon RX580 8gb armor oc video card? This PSU produces 450 Watts and while the GPU's power consumption is 185 Watts, it's recommended wattage is 500. I'm wondering if this is the problem.

It could be the reason but you will have to change it anyway, better get 650w for future upgrades. However, please read the manual for any missing connection, you must have overlooked something, maybe provide a clear picture of the build? Also, can you check if the motherboard box has a sticker that says "Ryzen 3000 or 3rd gen Ready"?
