Solution
The PSU is poor quality - I'd get an XFX TS 550W. A good PSU is important especially for a system in that price range. Do you really need 3TB of storage? Just curious.

You are overspending on the motherboard and CPU. Get a cheaper Z170 motherboard, get an I5-6600K instead of the I7, and then put the money into a better GPU, like the upcoming GTX 1970 (released in like 10 days) or the upcoming GTX 1080 (coming out in less than a month).

I would hold off for a few more weeks regardless of the pain it may cause you. Nvidia is about to release their new cards and they are substantially faster than the current gen. Even if you are not interested in them you should still wait because it will drop the price of everything beneath them.

By then Kabylake CPUs will be out, and so much stuff will be different; it's pointless to design this far in advanced.
