This is my first pc build. I have looked up numerous articles and videos and I would like to have some input by you guys! http://pcpartpicker.com/user/sicangu/saved/cJjbt6 I want this computer to be a bit of a hybrid mostly for gaming but if the urge arises that I have to use the internet and do some word processing or downloading videos and what not it can handle that with no problem. So, please let me know what you guys think about the pc and how I can make it better and any advice would be most appreciated! Thank you!

P.S. I will also not be doing any overclocking. So, if there are faster products out there please tell me about them! Thank you again!

If you plan on doing any sort of multitasking while a game is running, 16 GB will come in handy on a 64 bit system.

I plan to make this computer a monster in gaming and in multitasking haha! I would like to have the ability to run a game and do some other multitasking in the background. So, I think I might keep the 16 GB but thank you for catching the 80+ gold I will definitely change the power source. Now as far as the CPU I really liked intel but I know AMD offers killer gaming CPUs but I thought I also read that Intel is future upgrade friendly. Any ideas? Will I need a water cooler for the AMD CPU? I was thinking about making this build strictly an air cooled build. Thank you for all of your suggestions! Such quick and helpful responses I truly appreciate your input!

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-s12g650 BAM! I did a quick little review on the differences between bronze, gold, titanium and all that fun stuff........past gold it starts getting expensive lol!! Anyway Corsair, Seasonic, and Antec seem to be all good companies with good products. I was thinking this Power source. It's 650 Watts so it provides almost double what I am currently pulling in this system estimation wise. My system is pulling about 371 watts as pc pick a part is telling me.... so it's good for future upgrades if need be and it fits in my case so any thoughts on the power source?

I looked up other people's questions about power sources and apparently this one is also good. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Seasonic-SS-550RM-550W-Power-Supply/dp/B00918MEZG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1377862755&sr=8-1&keywords=seasonic+ssr-550rm but it's only 550 watts of power.

So, what CPU would you upgrade with in the Intel realm if you don't mind me asking? What CPU do you use? I read that 3.5GHz is pretty decent for gaming but if there's a faster CPU that can destroy multitasking I would love to know! haha!

I have an i7-4790k its around $320 and destrys everything, Its a 4th Generation Haswell based processor, in about 6months or so they wil be coming out with the 5th Gen Broadwell based processors and if you get a Z97 mother board you can upgrade to the 5th gens in the future!

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646i74790k This is what you have? I'm thinking maybe upgrade to the 5th generation later on when I have more money since I already have a Z97 board in this build. May I ask if you do any editing on your pc at all? I've read that an I5 is plenty good enough for web browsing and gaming unless you plan on doing streaming or editing then an I7 would be needed.

LOL you really want me to get that I7! lol ok I switched it. I couldn't find the GPU on pc pick a part...Odd. Anyway, updated list here. http://pcpartpicker.com/user/sicangu/saved/F8dgXL And what are your thoughts about a CPU cooler fan? Stock fans with the CPU should be sufficient enough unless overclocking is an option which I am not interested in overclocking.

Gosh with all of these fans I wouldn't be surprised if this thing didn't achieve lift off and started to hover. lol. alright well if everything is a green light and ready to go I really appreciate you helping me out!
