Natural Grass Texture Floor by emd
Install RealVision Flora Patch from my optional files to adjust some oversaturated and too bright plants and grasses to work with RealVision ENB
High Definition Ivy - 2K by Josh Ezzell and Replacement Ivy by Thonk
RUGNAROK by Gamwich OR Detailed Rugs by raiserfx
Realistic Water Two by isoku >>FPS<< (my preference, also install Realistic Water Two - ENB Textures from his optionals!)

Now install Skyrim_Particle_Patch_for_ENB-All-In-One and Skyrim_Subsurface_Scattering_Patch_for_ENB by mindflux from here or my optional files but do NOT overwrite SMIM, say "No to mod" if NMM asks to overwrite SMIM!

I did research on PC parts and came up with this, but I'm no expert in building a gaming PC. My budget is within $900-to-$1000. So, please let me know if I need to change any specs:

Solution
Please note that I am not a professional, just simply a random person from the community.

As for the build, everything looks good, though I will note that it is usually not the best idea to put two different kits of ram together, as they are not tested to work together or have the same timings. Also, do note that there could possibly be clearance issues with the ram and CPU cooler, this is not a guarantee, as the kit you chose seems to be low-profile, but it is a good thing to know.

The only other thing I would comment on is the case. There is the more up to date r5 and S versions, but I guess that's more of personal preference.

Glad I could be of help though. Hope you have a good time with that build. (I know I would :])

First thing i see, your mobo is not compatible with your cpu, as you listed a 4690k which has the 1150 socket, the mobo has an amd am3+ socket.

Second, i would not recommend a corsair power supply, as they are usually not very good.

I didn't notice the mobo not being compatible, and I'm not an expert in PC building. So, what mobo and power supply would recommend. And, I just changed the case to a Corsair Obsidian Series 750D Performance Full Tower Case CC-9011035-WW since I just realized that the gtx 970 isn't going to fit in the current case I listed.

Yea your parts look pretty good, except for your motherboard and your cpu are not compatible, good choice of graphics card though, the x70's are usually the best performance per dollar, and the cpu will do the job well, however I would highly recommend that you get an aftermarket cooler, if you want to spend a little more, and have watercooling so you can overclock to something like 4.2 pretty easily the Cooler Master Seidon 240M would be pretty good which is like $89.99. If that's a little too high, you could go with the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus which is a good air cooler as well. As far as the motherboard goes, you'd be ok with something like this http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00F42Y924/?tag=pcpapi-20. I personally have a cx 430 power supply in a server pc I built, and its been fine running 24/7 for about 5 months. Good luck! :)

* You need an Aftermarket Cooler for i5-4690k. Get Cooler Master 212X / Cooler Master 212 EVO / Cryorig H7
* Your case can fit upto 10 inch GPU & your EVGA GTX 970 is 9.5 inch
* You dont need to buy a Expensive Full Tower for your GPU. You can buy Phanteks Enthoo Pro [full tower] @ $100, Corsair 300R [mid tower] @ $85 , NZXT Phantom 410 [mid tower] @ $100
* Never Buy Corsair CX/VS series. If you have to buy any Corsair PSu, then get Corsair CS650M or Corsair RM650

Did you read properly what I told you to Avoid.
Never get Corsair CX series. They are Crap. You are gonna regret it later if you take it.

Okay, here is the specs to my build (thanks for the help guys), but it went above the budget. So, I'd like to know if there's a way to lower it to $1000. Though, I'm not entirely bothered by the current total.

The Hyper 212 EVO would be a better price to performance cooler, but the siedon should give better temps and overclocking headroom.

Assuming you are in the US (Please correct me if wrong) using pcpartpicker, just replacing the power supply with its bronze version, as there is not much difference, i was able to knock the price just under $1000

I like the specs but I'll stick with the other motherboard. Thank you for the power supply replacement. Now, I need suggestions for an optical drive since I completely forgot that I need an operating system.

Additionally, I already have the monitor, keyboard, and the mouse that I'll buy. Further more, I already know what operating system I'm using. Windows 8.1 since I've read lots of reviews saying that Skyrim doesn't perform well on Windows 10.

Actually, i sorta mixed up the motherboards.. I meant to select a z97, as any H series board would make buying the K series processor a waste of money. And as for an optical drive, if you would still need it, i'd say get an asus, but there may be some better opinions on that.

The board can hold any i5 with an 1150 socket, it is just that you will be unable to really overclock your unlocked i5 with it.

Sorry for disappearing for several months. I was letting time pass by to see what new toys PC was getting and I'm very happy that I waited. I recently bought Fallout 4 and I'm in need of a PC that's capable of playing the recommended system requirements. Here's the PC parts that I'll be getting for this PC of mine.

I would appreciate it if you guys could help me with CPU Cooler, Motherboard, Power Supply, Optical Drive, and Case. If you find another site that sells the current PC parts cheaper, feel free to let me know.

Also, my budget is $1500-$1600.

No, whatever is recommended. All I know is that I saw this PC on eBay that I'm trying to replicate. It does say liquid cooled, 800 watt PSU, and the tower is Core V31 Black/Blue Mid-Tower Gaming Case. I don't know what motherboard that one uses.

DIYPC VT380-BK Black USB 3.0 ATX Mid Tower Gaming Computer Case with Build-in 3 x Fans (2 x 120mm Blue LED Fan x Front, 1 x 120mm Blue LED Fan x rear)

DEEPCOOL KENDOMEN Black ATX Mid Tower Computer case Preinstalled 5 Cooling Fans With Side Window Support 240mm Water Cooling Installation at Top

I found these two cases, which do you recommend.

They are both probably around the same quality, however, there are ups and downs of each one it would seem.
In terms of functionality, i think the deepcool would probably be better with its tool-less drive bays. I am not completely sure where you would mount them on the DIY case.
As for aesthetics, the DIY is superior with a PSU basement (which can help your cable management) and blacked out cables, etc.

In terms of the ebay pc, it says the case has a black/blue theme, which i would assume goes throughout the build, however if you wanted, i could make make one more color neutral.

I'll take the DIY gaming case since it has a PSU bay. I have found the PSU and the motherboard. The PSU is an EVGA and the motherboard will probably be an MSI. I'll leave the choice to you since you know more about PC building then I do.

Here's a good approximation if you wanted the absolute most performance for your budget, though this is ~20 over it.

Storage is a bit tricky, i can find some cheaper SSDs but it would take a toll on speed, if you care at all. I've heard that you can get Win10 Pro for really cheap at places like kinguin, and if you have a microcenter near you, you could get really good deals on the i5/i7.

If you need me to experiment a bit more with the parts just let me know.

Edit: The Fractal Design Define S is a great case for not much more, it doesnt have a PSU chamber, but is very good quality.
