I have a build already made on pcpartpicker: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/qGVj2R

I will use this computer for gaming for games like Total War, Company of Heroes, Civilization, and Rocket League. I will use some photoshop and adobe primere elements for intermediate level editing. I also want to use the capability to plug hdmi and play some games as well as watch with 4k. I will also use a virtual machine in linux for my job quite often, running a couple tasks on dual monitors. I also want to use freesync and overclock.

I am just wondering if any parts are overkill or not balanced.

Solution
everything seems good, nice CPU cooler choice and good PSU.
- do you really need a 1TB SSD? you could save some money by going 250GB since you already have a 2TB HDD.
- why not go for a RX480? newer arch and should have better driver support in the future, also less power consumption.
