again first build so dont make me feel like a noob =).....also recommendation on a video card and a SSD would be greatly appreciated, I play WoW and would like to atleast run on high and ultra if the price isnt crazy

Budget: 250-275 (for GPU an SSD)

Did you end up building your first gaming rip....I'm guess you found out that your budget of $600 just won't make it these days you can't buy much for $600 just a CPU and motherboard takes up the $600 with the parts you mention I'm sure you didn't bother building it you need at least $1500 up to $2000 and more if you don't have a monitor or all the small stuff you need that adds up...just wondering what you ended up with
