Question My folders keep going into Read-Only (Windows 10)

Yesterday, I enabled secure folders and added it to my whole D: Drive. (FOR SOME REASON)
It was a mistake... I tried installing a game and it didn't work, and when I took a look, every single folder was on Read-Only and didn't fix when I unchecked it. (Full Black Box) I tried by disableling the Secure Folders Option in Windows, aswell as allowing on device every single alert that had popped up. I removed the directories and still no luck. I kept looking over the internet and I ran some CMD commands that were scanning for issues and issuing fixes, but they didn't do anything either. I tried with permissions, and that didn't do anything aswell, or maybe I just don't know how to work around them. I don't have a restore point on the PC and I don't want to install Windows again.

Am posting before going to sleep, will come back once I wake up.

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Version 21H2

By default and design, every folder on a windows system is read only.
Until you, or the system, needs to write to it.

I could post a screencap of every one of the thousands of folders in my system...all "read only".

Nothing is broken, nothing you need to change.
