I just recently reset my pc and I am getting the full speed from my ram using the xmp profile, so I don't think thats an issue. Graphics drivers are up to date. Only settings I've changed are nvidia control panel are Open Gl rendering to my graphics card and preferred refresh rate to highest available. I will post my benchmarks using userbenchmark in the replies as needed. Rust settings below. Any suggestions would be very helpful. Highest fps I have gotten on server was 70 standing still, but usually 40-50 running around server occasionally dropping to 30 at times. Can't post screenshots of my rust settings here for some reason.

You mean reset the BIOS or reset the OS?

You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU. Please include it's age as well. What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

Host your images/videos on a site like Imgur or their ilk and then pass on a link for us to see them.

I didn't mess with the bios, but resetting the computer did remove the xmp profile i originally had. I just added it back yesterday to get full speed from ram again.
Thermaltake toughpower gf1 650 watt gold + fully modular
BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. F2, 5/19/2020

All parts were purchased in december of 2020 except for the ram its atleast 4 years old if not slightly older but runs great.

If you're indeed sure that the BIOS version for your motherboard is F2;
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/Z490-GAMING-X-AX-rev-10/support#support-dl-bios
it's not listed on the support page for the motherboard. Very likely that the BIOS was removed from their site due to instability. I would advise you update the BIOS to the latest version, then clear the CMOS and then re-enable X.M.P in BIOS.

You forgot to answer the question I'd asked initially.
