My FPS is too low for my setup

I have a GTX 1070 from MSI and an I7 4790k. But I think my performance is too low given my setup. Here is a Valley benchmark result. I spent a lot of money on this setup and I am frustrated. My games seemed to have low frame rates only just recently. You are free to ask me more questions to get an understanding of this problem and I am open to advice.

getting a dual ram for your rig will give you around 10% fps boost and much higher if you got an OC RAM at least 2400Mhz. your board can handle up to 3200Mhz but its just a z97 board. so a 2400Mhz is the max efficient speed for dual RAM I believe. or you can just get something with lower CAS latency (CL).

Are you saying RAM is the only problem you see with my PC? What do you mean by dual RAM? My Ram is configured at 2x 4GB. If you are familiar with how the benchmark results should be, how do mine look?

what is the part number of your RAM? yah you have dual channel.
if you are just a playing games like CS:GO, HoN, LoL, overwatch , 2x4 or a 1x8 is enough for you.
but if you play like BF1, GTA V, Witcher etc better get a 2x8 at least if you want to have a smooth ingmae experience but youll only experience stutters 10% of the time.

you can also go for some OC to increase your FPS.

you can always compare your stats in userbenchmark or passmark sites. the more you can setup ur PC on the best conditions for benchmark (like proper driver/firmware updates for your motherboard drivers and BIOS), optimized OS settings, overclock tweaks.

The RAM is Kingston Hyperx 2x4GB. You say 16GB is needed for those complex graphics games you mentioned. But the thing is, I ran an old game, AA Proving Ground and I was getting sub 60 FPS in online games. Normally running a game like that is no problem. It was only a problem for me today when I ran it. And Valley is showing almost equally meager performance.

Update: I downloaded Userbenchmark and did a test. It said my PC scored below average. Here are the results.
