Question My friends can hear themselves and system sounds through my microphone when calling using any application

I have an ASUS ROG G531GU, im using earphones with in built microphone, and everyone has constantly been able to hear themselves on call since i got this PC 4 months ago.

I have tried every simple fix and its been this way since i got the laptop , please help its really ( Mod edit: keep it clean please ) annoying.

improve the level of the microphone

disable enhancements

I'm not looking to just ignore the issue by using push to talk, i want to actually understand why its happening and how to fix it and im not really amazing with this stuff so hopefully someone here has the expertise to help me out, because i have genuinely tried a Removed ton of stuff
