My front panel is ticking like a bomb

Hello guys i just want to ask why my computer is ticking like a bomb.He turned off by him self and i tried to turn on computer back he starts ticking like this https://youtu.be/EOwr281jcqA

That is not a "ticking" sound, rather, it is an alert (beeping). What is the make/model of your motherboard? Also, what changed with your system just prior to this happening?
