Question My g602 won't connect even if it is swichetd on

As in the subject my logitech g602 won't connetct the usb 500 hz reciever.
I tried everything, chaing usb, changins new batteries, tryong old softwares, connect different port switghing off the power mangament rules.
the system recognize the usb, the mouse led working with lightning leds but no way to have a connection.
I watched some youtube video about reciever restoring but I this one is recognized.

it worked for years. I bought it in 2017 and yes it is the only reciever marked logitech

is there a way to test the reciever aside from the fact it actually work as a recognized device?

I'm not sure. I have a few 602's at home so I can see if they all work with the same receiver.

No, it's a special one for higher speed polling from wireless. There are some available on Amazon, at least the US version.

bought a new reciver. problem it is the mouse itself. It switch on but not connect to the dongle. now i have to sell everything as spare parts.
