My Galaxy Tab 3 works just fine while its charging, but soon as i take it off the charger the screen goes black. Why?

My Galaxy Tab 3 works just fine while its charging, but soon as i take it off the charger the screen goes black and it won't come back on unless you are changing it.also while it's charging it will say it on 0% and then jump to 100% then goes back to 0%.


can someone please help me with this problem

I'd say you have a battery issue. First thing is to check to be sure the battery is in the correct way, and that nothing is blocking the connections (make sure the connections are clean too) ... if there is no connection issue, I'd say the battery is bad and will need a new one.
