Question My game and Discord crash to a black screen for a few seconds ?

My game is crashing and Discord crashed too
The screen flashes BLACK screen for a second, and I need to force quit the game from Steam and launch it again.

CPU - intel i9-13900K
GPU - 4090
PSU - 1000watt
Ram - 32GB 6000mhz

I did Furmark 40mins+ no crash
I did sfc/ scannow
