[SOLVED] My game become very laggy after updating steam

So, My game become very laggy after updated my steam client.
I used to play tf2 and csgo and it's fine with only 200 ping.
But like a week ago, i got a steam update.
i don't really know what's the update.
But, when i joined tf2, i got around 800 ping and can barely even move.
and then when i play csgo, i got 400 ping and i got kicked for afk.
When i use speedtest.net everything is fine. i got 63 ping, 3mb/s download and 4mb/s upload.
how could this happen?

check your firewall and antivirus
is windows network set to private and not public? (should be private)
