Question My game closed on its own ( The Witcher 3 )

I played the witcher 3 and then i used fast travel to skellige my game just closed... no warning no errors no nothing... just closed.. what does that mean? It happen for the first time.... one time when i was playing the screen froze but the dialogue kept going... what does that mean? Thats the only two times that it happened tho

Temperatures are around 50-60degrees for cpu i5 2400 and gpu gtx 1050ti , 8gb ram...
