Hello guys, i need your help please, im out of ideas i read almost every forum and never find the solution. I'm a streamer and gamer. At different times of the day, I experience a delay of a second in the game, shooting, movements of opponents, and does not register bullets at all. Sometimes it is very playable and you enjoy the game process. What I tried: Changed two routers: Mikrotik, Asus router, TP link router. I've reinstalled Windows a bunch of times. I tried VPN, TcpOptimizer. Everything gave me a little effect, but then it came back.

I installed the latest drivers for the Internet, and for 3 days it was just very pleasant to play. I was already glad that everything was resolved. Everything came back and again I have the feeling that I have a lot of packet loss, but the packet loss is 0% and the ping is stable. I changed 3 IPS and there was no effect. Please help me i feel so lost and sad because i cant enjoy the games and stream.

Use Task Manager and Resource Monitor to observe system performance.

Use both tools but only one tool at a time.

Open the tool window and simply watch what the system is doing or trying to do. At some point the performance will (should) simply be stable and generally unchanging.

In Resource Monitor start with the Overview tab. Then focus in on the other tabs as needed. Especially if something seems amiss.

Leave the tool window open and then work or game as usual.

Watch for what changes when the delays or sense of delay happens.

There are other tools that can be used as well - Process Explorer (Microsoft, free) can prove helpful.

The end objective is simply learn more about what the system is doing or trying to do when you sense delays.
