Question my games and text look jagged around edges and monitor seems to be going out of focus and blurry ?

I recently bought a prebuild computer and i have been having these graphical issues and im not sure what to do anymore, my games seem to be not having aa and be looking jagged around edges and blurry in the distance at high settings, also my web browser keeps going out of focus and blurry until I left click or hover over what's blurred. also my screen was flickering black when watching the youtube videos im about to show you, is this a pc defect or is my monitor broken ?. My drivers are up to date and I tried resetting my pc but had the same problem

New system, did you contact the vendor support? Need more details about the system also, specs on the system, what monitor you are using, what cables you are using. Do yo have a normal speed internet connection? Slow internet will cause online videos to have issues.

its a cyberpowerpc
AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-Core Processor 3.79 GHz
rtx 3070
im using a display port cable and my monitor is a msi optix g27c2
and i got fiber internet 1000mb upload/download
and i havent contacted cyberpowerpc about the issue yet but I am going to try and do that
