Question my games keep crashing to desktop

Hi i just build my first computer a couple of days ago and whenever i play a game it will crash to my desktop at random intervals i have updated all my drivers and bios. I asked reddit and they said it was because i used msi xmp mode to oc my ram to 3600mhz. I need help because i don't understand this stuff.

g.skill trident z rgb 3600mhz xmp

What is the stock speed of the memory? It's currently overclocked to 3600MHz?
