Question My games keep crashing

I am having a frustrating problem where my games and every app on my computer crashes then I get a black screen for a second then all my apps freeze. It happens when I play escape from tarkov. The pc shop I took it to said it was a bad driver so they reinstalled the driver and it still happened. The worst it got was my whole pc went black and I had to do windows+ctrl+shift+b to get my pc to work. I don't know what to do and need help. This game has never done this before.
