My games keep laging I need help

So basically I went on a cruise came back went from over 300fps to 48 and was very studdery even my desktop was studdery and the audio would cut out to this all happened in tf2 and Csgo I have switched to integrated graphics and the same thing happens I reinstalled windows same thing happend I ran a diagnosic on my ran it was fine removed some anyway still didn't work I looked in task manager and my CPU ultilege was never above 90% so I wasn't that the only thing that ever maxed out was my graphics card it's a gtx 1060 I would appreciate if someone can help me I can't even play it's so bad please respond when able

Reinstall drivers? What are your temps like? Clean out the PC for dust and reapply the thermal paste on the CPU.
