My games lag but I decent Specs?

So I have this Pc that i built last Christmas. It's not the best specs but it should be good enough specs to be running these games that I play. Here are my Specs.

8 Gig ram
Gtx 750 1gb
Windows 10
250 Gig hard drive
AMD A6-6400K APU Processor

Before any comments are made, The games that I have played and it lagged was Cs:Go, Team Fortress 2, Battlefield 3, and Unturned.
Before I bought the graphics card, I looked up the performance on youtube and all those games were perfectly above 60 fps in the video. There were different channels i look at and all of them had perfect Fps. So I bought the graphics card. But i noticed that the games i played were no performing the same. Cs:Go is running at 30-45 fps. When I play Competetive on Dust 2, It didn't lag. It was just a little over 60 fps, but other maps on casual or deathmatch i lagged . Battlefield only lagged when i was on the ground. I don't know why i lagg. The games shouldn't be lagging with this graphics card.

Is it because of the processor thats bottlenecking the card? It is a $80 processor so i don't know. BUT i do have most of my games installed into my external Hard drive because i don't have alot of space into my internal hard drive, Maybe thats why? Someone please help me out.

Its not bottlenecking, your processor is just extremely weak. That in combination with a very low end graphics card result in poorly running games.
