Question My gaming desktop is freezing after 1 min from launching a game

Hi....I'm facing some random freezes (2 to 4 times every some days) my screen freezes in addition to sound then after several minutes I get a bsod (watchdog_violation)....
By using windbg i found that tge crash is {WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (123)}..
I updated my drivers
it's not a heat issue my temps are between 50 and 75 max
I tried sfc /scan and made a system reset that doesn't delete my own files
I ran memtest86 and i got no errors
i stress tested my cpu and it succeeded
but when I run heaven benchmark the pc freezes after about 40 secs
my specs are :
gigabyte rx 580 8gb
intel i5 9400f
biostar b360 mhd pro2
8gb ram (1stick)
240gb ssd
1tb hdd
180 gb hdd
psu thermaltake 600 watt
I'm not overclocking any thing everything is stock....

180gb hdd? try unplugging that old hdd?

gpu temp 75 max

I tried unplugging it but It happened again, the pc freezed

I have 70 gb free in the ssd
my games are on the hdd except fortnite but it's freezing too
I updated my bios to the last version that I found in the motherboard's website
I did a memory test for several hours and no faults or errors were found everything went clear (a memory test was done with memtest86)
