Nice list.

You probably want a cpu cooler for overclocking.
I would avoid liquid coolers.

I will never again build without using a SSD for the OS.
It just makes everything you do so much quicker.
A one hour widows update will take 15 minutes.
Files open instantly.
A 120gb ssd will hold the OS and a half dozen games.
Consider deferring on the hard drive, you can always add one later.
With a 240gb ssd, you may never need a hard drive.
I like Samsung EVO for the ssd.

Since its my first time building a PC I'm going to wait on the overclocking and get a cooler when I decide to. The reason I chose a HDD instead of SSD was because I didn't know if it would hold everything so thanks for that, I'll have a look.

I suggest a $30 cooler like the cm hyper212.
It is easiest to do that up front.
It will be much quieter than the stock intel cooler.
The intel cooler can be tricky to install properly.

It is much easier to start with a ssd than it is to convert later.
You may later be faced with a new clean install and reinstallation of your programs.
That is a pain.
It is easy to add a hard drive for storage later.

If, for some reason a small ssd gets too full, it is easy to clone it to the next size up.

for OCing fan it depends how you will go far on OCing but for average OCing CM hyper evo 212 will be well
