My gaming PC makes a loud buzzing sound?

So i'm Kind of afraid my PC might break so here's the issue. Most of the time I leave my PC on and after a hour or 30 mins, I come back to a buzzing sound coming from inside my PC, with that in mind my PC also freezes, and I can't do anything but unplug my PC manually for it to go back. Some times I hear the buzzing sound when I start up my PC but the freezing only happens rarely.
Can someone help me with this issue please?

I saw a bunch of dust on the heatsink, maybe that the issue, but I dont want to mess with the heatsink, because its a bitch to put back on.

I nearly broke the heatsink the last time I put it on, thats how bad it is.

Something like a cable brushing against a fan if the noise sounds 'mechanical', or coil whine from PSU or GPU if it sounds more 'electrical'.

I dont think thats the issue since my PC freezes too for some reason.

If the fan is being interfered with it can cause overheating, as can the vibration form coil whine, although less likely.

Have you over clocked the CPU or GPU? then little over heating can cause freezeing..
Try to brush out the dust and see of any wire is brushing fan as Oatie said

Alright I just took out my Heatsink and cleaned it and replied the thermal paste, I HOPE this issue doesn't happen again 😛

is your issue resolved now after cleaning it?
In my case.. my Cabinet fans make noise once they get dusty.. so u might take a look at them aswell
