[SOLVED] My Gaming rig, been acting strange latley

So my pc, has been very laggy/ having sudden hiccups.
It have never done this before, and i feel like it happend after the latest windows 10 update.

Things that usually happens:
If i have Black ops 4 open, aswell as a streaming service like: OBS/Xsplit. the screen which is not active lags like hell.

Just in general the pc can have these sudden hiccups. I've added a picture of my setup with speccy also with my taskmanager.

Except i have 2 144hz 1080p mointors instead of the 2 59hz screens in the speccy file


Im not a tech nerd, so if anyone could help that would be great!
If any more information about the pc is need, just tell! thanks in advance!

Dual monitors can often cause lag in games. Try running the game in Windowed mode or full screen, whatever is opposite of what you have it running in now.
