My gateway computer is locked and wont let me change the password?

I removed the password on my Gateway computer last week and then thought I set a new one. Now it says I'm typing in the wrong password and won't let me in!
That's because you are typing in the wrong password, you probably forgot what you set it as or typing it wrong.

Log on with another account that has admin rights on the computer, you can change your account password then. Gateway support can probably let you know what the administrator account/password is for your system. You can try to log on as user administrator, try no password.
