[SOLVED] my geforce gt 1030 and amd rx 550 won't boot.

today, i try to install new graphic card (geforce colorful gt 1030 and amd rx 550) on my pc, but both of them wont turn on, only stuck in black screen.

previously i used amd hd 7670 and it run well on my pc.

pls help me fix this problem...
my specs:
motherboard : acer aspire x1935
psu : imperion 650w
intel i5 - 3470
ram 8gb

reset the motherboard by jumper
eventually replace the BIOS battery

be sure to connect the monitor to the graphics card and not the motherboard

how is your monitor connected? HDMI, VGA, DVI, DP? any adapter used?
Which monitor is it? brand and model

update the BIOS of the motherboard

i’ve tried to reset bios and it still didn’t work.
i’m sure im connected the monitor and graphic card using vga cable,

my monitor is samsung syncmaster sa300
My bios version is p01-A2L like on the acer support web, i’ve been trying to find the newer version, But theres no version for windows 10. Only for windows 8 only

VGA cable might be the culprit, try an HDMI cable
