Question my gpu 3d hits 100% and both screens flash

randomly it just starts flashing both monitors black and back on takes like 5 seconds and takes ages to open because of it I reset my pc kept personal files and in safe mode too ig was fine I just installed Minecraft launcher and it started again it kept starting when I downloaded the xbox app but now this too its very irritating

Ans it was just the XBOX app just xbox its called and fgot minecraft launcher from the offcial minecraft website.
