gpu sapphire r7 370 dual-x oc 2gb

msi b350m mortar latest bios
ram corsair ddr4 2400 1x 8gb
cpu amd ryzen 3 1200
psu seasonic 430 s12
so gpu was working fine all good untill one day i was plating gta v avoiding the messages that says your gpu is 2gb of vram crossing that will harm your gpu.
was working good untill gpu started tearing colors and then black screen pc stopped then restarted pc black screen still, i entered safe mode then installed the microsoft standard vga driver gpu works fans rolling, from then tryed installing driver black screen , once worked when i installed the driver but then i got the tearing and black screen againg
does anyone know what that is or can help me i'll appreciate it alot
