My GPU fan doesn't work anymore all of a sudden.

I have a GTX 1080 MSI.
I tried after burner but that doesn't help.
If I use coolerboost from the MSI APP it works but once cooler boost is done it stops.
What can it be?
My pc has 650 w can it be that?
I've had this GPU for 3 days now and it worked fine the last 3 days untill now...

Most GPU fans don't turn on until the GPU is above 60c. Try playing a game and see if they start up.

I turned on a game but in the top left corner all of a sudden I get this message which doesn't wanna leave: Direct3D 9 x86
GPU RPM 0
