my gpu fan not spinning

Hello. I noticed that my SATA cable is blocking one of my gpu fans. Gpu has 2 fans. And my question is if its bad or critical?

You should move that cable out of the way. You don't want your card over heating.

If everything worked OK until now, you shouldn't have a problem. Hold the cable so that it does not happen again.
