Question My gpu flickering black with white lines and sometimes random colors.

My specs:
Cpu : Ryzen 3 2200g
Gpu : Aorus Rx570
Motherboard : Asus EX-A320M-GAMING
Ram : Ballistix Tactical 4x2gb
Power supply : Corsair Vs450 (450watts)

It flicker only while browsing or multi tasking (browsing while gaming)
But it never flickers while playing games only.
Pls help.

You have already posted a similar TOPIC before as well, on JUNE. I just checked your comment, and me and others will reply if we find a solution.
